Finding Your Perfect Roman Accommodations Are you ready to really see and experience Rome? Whether your trip is planned for one week or two months, you will find that Rome is amazing city that has plenty to offer the curious traveler. Of course when you are thinking about moving forward and booking your Rome accommodations, you will find that there are many places where you might choose to stay. Take a moment to consider what your options might be and what area might suit you best. Think about what the point of your trip is and what you would really love to see and do. If you are someone who has a lot of traveling within the city to do, make sure that you consider Termini, which is centered around Stzione Termini, Rome's main train station. You can pick up the express train from Fiumicino Airport here and the Go airline buss from Ciampino as well. Metro lines and bus lines intersect here at all hours of the day and night, and if your stay is going to be short, this can get you in and out of the city with very little problem. On the other hand, if you are interested in checking Rome's ancient history, you may want to look into getting Rome rentals in Colosseo. This area is not far from Termini and it is perfect if you prefer to take the Metro. It offers great access to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum and there are plenty of ancient monuments for you to look into. While you will be further away from some of Rome's more modern attractions, you might find that the history makes up for it. If you want an area that is a wonderful mix of medieval Rome and modern dining fare, you may find that the Centro Storico area is perfect for you. There is a lot of medieval architecture here to enjoy, and you'll find that there are plenty of places to eat and drink as you wander about. You should be aware, though, that buses in this area can be unreliable and that there is no close Metro stop. On the other hand, if you want to stay in one place and really soak in the history, this area provides for some great exploration on foot. If shopping at the most sophisticated boutiques is more your style, take some time to consider the Spanish steps. Not only can you get some amazing views of the architecture that has made Rome so famous, you'll also be able to check out some of the most amazing designer shops in the city. There is also easy access to impressive landmarks like the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain and the Centro Storico itself. Take some time and make sure that you consider where you want to stay in Rome. If you want a really special time, consider getting a Rome apartment instead of a hotel room. Not only will you be able to save cash by cooking in your own kitchen, you can enjoy a level of privacy and independence that you simply can't get in a hotel. As you can see there are so many Rome accommodations alternatives, but none of them can give you the comfort and privacy that an apartment in Rome offers. Do you need more information?
